Life-threatening emergency
If anyone's life or safety is at immediate risk, call 999 first — don't wait to log it elsewhere.

Reporting to the concierge or posting in WhatsApp groups is not sufficient — the police only act on reports made through these channels. Always note your CAD reference if one is issued.
